Change Management Advisor - Washington DC - 12 Months Initial Contract

With major capital investment experience driving various facility build projects. This is a unique opportunity for a Change Management Advisor to join a global leader in the life sciences market and play a key role in shaping the future of advanced manufacturing.

What you’ll do:
  • Own and administer the formal change management process for the project.
  • Track all potential, proposed, and approved changes across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • Ensure alignment between EPCM, owner teams, and internal stakeholders on change categorization, approval routing, and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain the Change Management Register to provide real-time visibility of change status and impact.
What you’ll need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or Project Controls.
  • Extensive experience in change management, cost control, or contract administration on large capital projects $250M+
  • Understanding of EPCM / EPC project structures, and how change impacts contracts, procurement, and schedule.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills with ability to synthesize inputs from multiple disciplines.
