Change Management Advisor - US, Texas - 12 Months Initial Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Texas, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Change Management Advisor to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:
  • Track and analyze change requests for cost and schedule impact.
  • Ensure proper approvals and documentation per governance standards.
  • Coordinate with project controls and procurement teams for impact assessments.
  • Maintain change logs and provide regular status updates.
What you’ll need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or Business.
  • Extensive experience in change management within EPCm or industrial projects.
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in change control systems and reporting tools.
