Clean & Grey Utilities Engineer - Belgium, Brussels - 6 Months Initial Contract  

Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, are looking for a Clean & Grey Utilities Engineer to join their team. The company has grown to become a world leader in the development, manufacture, and marketing of innovative pharmaceutical products to alleviate some of the world’s biggest health problems.

What you'll do:
  • Demand modeling and diversity factors across users (formulation, washers, autoclaves, filling, HVAC).
  • Generation & storage philosophy (loop temps/velocities), redundancy (N+1), sanitization (thermal/chemical).
  • Sizing of boilers/chillers/compressors and energy/emissions strategy; heat rejection and noise considerations.
  • Instrumentation and monitoring (BMS/EMS), quality specs (alert/action limits), sampling and trending points.
What you'll need:
  • Extensive experience in a related field
  • Design of WFI/PW/Clean Steam and industrial utilities in sterile facilities
  • Closed‑loop hygienic design and compliance with GMP expectations
  • Accurate loads and robust redundancy with no late re‑sizing
