Construction Manager - US, Ohio - Initial 5-Month Contract - Life Sciences

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Construction Manager to support this project and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll deliver:

• Manage and oversee daily construction activities, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and GMP standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for the delivery and installation of critical equipment, including high-purity piping systems, HVAC units, bioreactors, and process utility systems.
• Develop and manage construction schedules, labor budgets, and material logistics to ensure timely project delivery.
• Conduct design and constructability reviews to identify potential challenges and recommend solutions.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred (flexible for strong experience)
• Extensive construction management experience, with a focus on pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or chemical industries.
• MEP experience
• Strong knowledge of cGMP processes, high- purity piping systems, and equipment installations.
