Contract Equipment Advisor - US, North Carolina - 12 Months Initial Contract

With major capital investment experience driving various facility build projects. This is a unique opportunity for a Contract Equipment Advisor to join a global leader in the life sciences market and play a key role in shaping the future of advanced manufacturing.

What you’ll do:
  • Support preparation and administration of RFQs, bid packages, and purchase orders for process and utility equipment.
  • Assist in evaluating vendor proposals, comparing commercial and technical inputs, and preparing award recommendations.
  • Coordinate vendor document submittals, ensuring alignment with engineering and CQV requirements.
  • Track fabrication, delivery, and FAT/SAT readiness for long-lead equipment
What you’ll need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or Business.
  • Extensive experience in equipment procurement, contract administration, or CAPEX project support within large-scale industrial or pharmaceutical environments.
  • Working knowledge of EPCM or EPC project structures and related contract workflows.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Ariba, or other contract management systems.
