Downstream Purification Scientist – US, Ohio – Initial 9-Month Contract – Life Sciences

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a TS / MS Downstream Purification Scientist to support this project and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll deliver:

• Provide technical support for all downstream TS/MS tech transfer activities
• Lead, support, and drive discussions relating to process lock, process optimizations, and unit operation finalizations.
• Prepare, review and provide technical input to relevant technical documents
• Drive and track MBR/EBR unit status, progress, and turnaround times
• Author, review, and approve MBR/EBR units
• Support completion of LP2 project ORP (Operational Readiness Plan) deliverables 

What you’ll need:

• Degree preferred (Engineering Degree as a Minimum)
• Extensive downstream purification experience.
• Experience at a Principal Scientist level
• Required: Late-phase clinical and commercial manufacturing experience.
• Required: Gene therapy or Monoclonal Antibody (MAB) / large molecule
  experience.
