Implementation Manager - UK, London - 6 Month Contract

Having received significant investment, this established data centre group is in their next phase of growth and require the expertise of an Implementation Manager. They have established partnerships with many of the well-known technology powerhouses and tailor to their development to their client's requirements.  

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of the new risk management process across multiple construction sites and business units.
  • Collaborate with project managers, site teams and senior leadership to ensure buy-in and smooth adoption.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies, including training programs, communication plans, and feedback loops.
  • Align the new risk management process with existing project management systems, tools, and reporting structures.
  • Establish KPIs and success metrics to track adoption, compliance, and effectiveness of the new process.
  • Deliver workshops, toolkits, and ongoing support to ensure teams understand and apply the new risk protocols.
  • Gather feedback from field teams and stakeholders to refine and optimize the process post-implementation
  • Co-ordinate with the extended programme team to avoid conflicts as other initiatives roll out
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project implementation, change management, or risk management within the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management, risk management, or business transformation.
