We’re looking for a Project Controls Director to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.Responsibilities: Establish mechanism to track project costs with spend/commitment monthly reports, change/risk management, monthly cashflow forecasts, project savings compared to budget estimates, and internal transfers of costs.Confirm the final overall budget for the project by working with the Project Management Team for detailed cost analysis.Develop and implement the project schedule using Primavera P6, including WBS development, logic ties, and resource-loaded schedules aligned with project deliverables.Coordinate with stakeholders to define baseline schedules and project milestones.Align cost control and schedule structures (CBS/WBS) for seamless integrationManage the overall project budget and ensure compliance with processes.Follow industry best practices for cost controls and scheduling.Utilize the existing Corporate Engineering template (Excel Spreadsheet) or create alternate reporting tools to maintain a project forecast (commitments, actual cash flow and forecast); interface with vendors and site personnel to understand invoicing schedules and schedule impacts.Develop understanding of Standard Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) and integrate with schedule structures; manage and monitor custom CBS within the Excel Spreadsheet.
