Requirements: Master’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electromechanics) or equivalent experience.Experience designing process equipment installations in an industrial environment.Strong technical skills in calculations (heat/mass balances, pump and pipe design, steel structures, equipment design).Proficiency in 2D/3D design software (AutoCAD; other tools a plus).Knowledge of engineering standards, regulations, and best practices.Well-organized, structured, and autonomous with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills; team player and decisive leader.Proficient in office software packages.VCA certification (mandatory).Language: Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written); basic German and French is a plus.
